gravityJungle - an expanded mode of project making, beyond the known formulas:
Optimizing human experiences in social, interactive, and personal, serene settings is achieved through a place making that is free of preconceptions all the way through construction documents, permits, up to
Architect-led design-build.

Programming: Careful consideration of the projects needs, and constraints (gravity), is set in a detailed program document, which constitutes the foundation the following discovery process.

Concepts: A second and third examination of the program reveals the inherent opportunities in the project: these carefully extracted new (+) insights are taken into the design process. Code Analysis and Planning / Land Use / Zoning included.

Design: with the program and concepts insight in mind, a rigorous, “out of the box” design exploration (Jungle) for optimal, unique solutions is made, turning limits into gains. Construction Documents / Details, Permits and Bidding Packages included.

Construction Administration - track project realization through a series of site visits and Owner/Contractor/Architect meetings. Verifying the project is being built in full compliance with the signed bidding documents (design drawings and specs), through submittals review, RFI communication and ASI releases.

gravityJungle Provides Construction Design Services for both New and Existing (T.I.) Buildings:

  • Commercial, Public (High Education, Civic)
  • Residential (both Conventional and H=high end) from concept, bids documents, permits, to construction administration.
  • Sustainable / LEED, Urban Planning.

This collaborative Client-Architect communication, research and brainstorming is forming the core of gravityJungle project making, towards an optimal solution, beyond the known formulas.
